Join us for a fun-filled weeding workday in the Camp Washington Community Garden! As the plants in our gardens grow this summer, the weeds are no exception. This community garden needs your help eradicating these pesky intruders to ensure our crops have the space and nutrients they need to be happy and healthy. Remember, no prior training is necessary to attend our workdays. Detailed information will be sent to registered participants, so keep an eye out for your confirmation email.
Where to park & meet:
Camp Washington Community Garden: 3207 Henshaw Ave, Cincinnati, OH, 45225. There is free street parking available.
When to meet:
Saturday, July 13th at 9am
Please plan to arrive 5 minutes early to ensure everyone has time to find the place and get signed in.
What to bring:
A refillable water bottle, bug spray and/or sunscreen, gardening gloves, closed-toed shoes, and appropriate clothing for the weather. All other tools and gardening materials will be provided.
Weather concerns:
Rain or shine! We won’t let a little rain get in the way, but if severe weather arises, we’ll notify you of any changes to the event.
