We are an environmental non-profit whose mission is building community through gardening, education and environmental stewardship. Our primary focus is educating students and the public on environmental issues through hands on action.
Our volunteer days include working in our gardens known as Hauck Botanic Gardens, working in community gardens throughout Cincinnati, and conducting forest restoration work in local forests. We use theses spaces to teach people how to grow food, how to garden in an ecologically friendly way, and ways they can use plants to combat the effects climate change. We also have a Green Learning Station to educate about stormwater management, composting, and gardening for middle and high school students, college students, and professionals.
