This is a conference with 21 presentations. There are 3 concurrent sessions of presentations and a Sharathon. We are looking for volunteers to be room hosts for the presentation sessions. Their duties as rooms hosts will include:
- Introducing yourself to the presenter.
- Circulating a sign-in sheet.
- Reminding attendees that they must sign-in in order to receive contact hours.
- Reminding attendees to take the survey at the end of the session.
- Returning all sign-in sheets at the end of their volunteer work time.
Times for concurrent sessions are:
Concurrent Session 1- 9:55 AM - 10:55 AM
Concurrent Session 2- 11:05 AM - 12:05 PM
Concurrent Session 3- 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM
Sharathon- 2:30 PM - 3:15 PM
