Marketing & Media Assistants

Role: Content Creation & Outreach

Activities:

• Support social media campaigns by drafting posts, creating flyers, or short recap videos.

• Take photos/videos at events and assist with media coverage coordination.

• Help manage email lists and outreach to UC students to increase participation.

Skills Developed: Marketing, digital communications, photography/video production, networking.

Time Commitment: Flexible, with 3–5 hours weekly leading up to key APNET events (AfriFest, Symposium Gala, Summer Youth Program).
