We’re excited to announce that the National Pan-Hellenic Council's Annual Yard Show will take place on October 18th from 7:30 PM to 9 PM at Hughes STEM High School Auditorium!
Join us for a night filled with amazing performances and community spirit. We’re looking for volunteers to help make this event a success! Here are some of the roles we need assistance with:
- Event Pass Scanners: Check in attendees and distribute wristbands.
- Setup Crew: Help arrange the venue before the show starts.
- Registration Team: Welcome guests and manage check-ins.
- Ushers: Guide attendees to their seats and provide general assistance.
- Cleanup Crew: Assist with tidying up after the event.
