We’re looking for some help preparing the Swag Bags for our Youth Leadership Seminar. This year, we're expecting around 1,400 students and teachers, and each will receive a Swag Bag filled with goodies like coupons, snacks, etc. We need extra hands to help pack these bags ahead of time!
There are 1,400 total Swag Bags to pack; Volunteers just need to make sure each bag gets one of each item.
Details:
- When: Thursday, 10/23 from 10 am – 3 pm - (time can be flexible)
- Where: 8919 Rossash Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45236
- Volunteers can dress casually and comfortably
- Parking is available on-site
- Restrooms will be available, and breaks are encouraged as needed
- Lunch will be provided
