Mulching:
Volunteers will work alongside staff, to help mulch the floral beds and tree rings. This work is in preparation for the park for the upcoming Riverfest West event. Pitchforks will be used to load mulch into wheelbarrows, and heavy rakes to spread.
Be prepared for the weather. Close-toed shoes are required. Gloves recommended, there will be a limited supply on site. Suggested: refillable water bottle - there will be water cooler on site for volunteers to fill a bottle. Cincinnati Parks discourages single - use plastics.
SHUTTLE AVAILABLE!! Please indicate in the "notes" section of registration that you will need the shuttle. Limited spots available.
Shuttle will leave from Commons Way at 8:40AM 8/24
