In honor of Be a Good Neighbor Week, the Community Action Team is looking for volunteers to bake and donate 10 baked goods. The Community Action Team will transport these goods to be donated to Cincinnati's Our Daily Bread.
Being a good neighbor includes using our privileges to the benefit of others in our community. Participate in CAT's Be a Good Neighbor Week by joining us in improving the food accessibility and health of our Cincinnati neighbors.
Here's what to expect:
- Drop off goods from 2 - 5pm at the Center for Community Engagement, 2639 Clifton Avenue, Stratford Heights - Building 19
- 10 Baked Goods = 1 hour
- Allows for a maximum of 1 hour of service. Please do not donate more than 10 baked goods.
- Individually package each serving in plastic wrap or ziplock baggies
The Bearcat experience is woven into the city of Cincinnati. Many UC students live, work, and engage in the neighborhoods surrounding our campus. In the true Bearcat spirit, our community matters to us. We're good neighbors. We take the following steps to create a positive living environment for ourselves and those next door.
