Signing up on UC's platform does not translate to CAC's schedule and you run the risk of being turned away. Volunteer hours will NOT be approved until you have completed all volunteer training and your hours have been recorded on your My Impact Page and verified. Our Outcomes team is looking for some bright and shining faces to welcome customers when they enter our facility! These individuals will work alongside our front desk staff and play a key part in welcoming visitors, assisting with check-ins, and guiding them to their intended destinations. Responsibilities also include overseeing visitor flow, coordinating with staff to optimize efficiency, facilitating foster supply distribution, and upholding exceptional customer service standards. This is a great role for those who enjoy a dynamic volunteer day, problem solving, and talking with a diversity of people! Because this role involves communicating with the public, volunteers should be ready to approach this role with patience, compassion, and an upbeat attitude!
