We are looking for volunteers who can greet, and help walk students/teacher groups from their bus to their seats. Then, accompany them back to their buses after the concert.
Welcome students (grades 3 - 6) and help seat them during what might be their first symphony orchestra concert. The KSO's free educational programs are offered to all public, private, parochial and homeschools. On Tuesday and Wenesday October 3 & 4 the KSO welcomes students to "Back in My Day" A chronological survey of the history of the orchestra and its music (1700s to today). The concert lasts about 45 minutes with a 15 minute question and answer period at the end. (yes, kids in the audience can ask musicians on stage a question.)
