Spring Clean Up!

You're invited to our Spring Cleanup, where we will pick up litter, clean up an abandoned homeless camp and spread mulch!
All materials will be provided.
Come when you can, leave when you want. We appreciate our park volunteers!
Volunteers will use pitchforks to load mulch in to wheelbarrows and heavy rakes to distribute the mulch and wood chips around the the trees and designated areas throughout the park. Litter sticks, buckets and bags will be used to remove litter and debris from areas. Parks staff and our experienced volunteers will provide orientation and guidance through the process.
Volunteers should be prepared for the weather, wear long pants and layers (long sleeves), close-toed shoes are required. Gloves recommended, there will be a limited supply on site. Suggested: refillable water bottle - there will be water cooler on site for volunteers to fill a bottle. Cincinnati Parks discourages single - use plastics.
