Like any other fiscally responsible city - funding public safety, street maintenance, and other types of critical public services take top priority when it comes to allocating tax dollars. Recreational events, and other types of Community Engagement programs rely on the generous support of volunteers, sponsors, and community partners. We couldn't do it without you!
Our Memorial Day Weekend parade is coming up on Sat. May 28, 2022. We need volunteers to assist with directing parade participants to their assigned staging area, monitoring the parade route itself, and guiding participants to their correct areas at the end of the parade. You will be working closely with the NCH Recreation Department, NCH Police & Fire Departments, and NCH Public Works to help make this a fantastic event for our residents and guests.
There are multiple time slots between 8:30am and 12:30pm available to choose from.
