UCPD will be hosting an off-campus door hanger event on Thursday, March 10th, 2022 from 3:00-5:00 PM. The plan is to meet at the UCPD lobby, Edwards Three, 51 W. Corry BLVD. Officers will transport student volunteers to off-campus streets using vans and cruisers. Student volunteers will put door hangers on both sides of the streets. This will not be like our last one where we wanted to “knock and talk” but simply provide a door hanger to each house educating the residents on safety tips for the upcoming holiday break. Officers will transport student volunteers back to Edwards One for pizza and pop. Student volunteers can get community service hours for this event.
