High Achievers Aim High (H.A.A.H.) is seeking a detail-oriented and mission-driven volunteer to support our fundraising efforts through grant writing and research. This role plays a vital part in helping us secure funding to expand our early childhood education programs, youth development initiatives, and community services.
The Grant Writing Volunteer will assist in identifying funding opportunities, drafting compelling proposals, and helping communicate the impact of our work to potential funders.
Responsibilities include:
- Researching grant opportunities aligned with H.A.A.H.’s mission and programs
- Assisting with writing and editing grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and reports
- Gathering program data, outcomes, and supporting documentation
- Collaborating with leadership to meet submission deadlines and funding goals
Ideal candidate:
- Has strong writing, research, and organizational skills
- Is detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
- Has an interest in nonprofit work, education, or community development
- Experience with grant writing is a plus, but not required
