High Achievers Aim High (H.A.A.H.) is seeking a dependable and tech-savvy volunteer to help support our day-to-day technology needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, setting up devices, and helping staff feel confident using technology in a fast-paced childcare and youth program environment.
The Technology Support Volunteer will assist with maintaining equipment, organizing digital tools, and ensuring our team can operate efficiently across programs.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with basic troubleshooting of computers, tablets, printers, and Wi-Fi
- Setting up and maintaining devices for classrooms and administrative use
- Helping staff navigate platforms (Google Drive, email, scheduling apps, etc.)
- Organizing digital files and improving basic tech systems
- Supporting small tech projects (QR codes, forms, simple automation, etc.)
Ideal candidate:
- Comfortable with general technology and problem-solving
- Patient and able to explain tech in simple, user-friendly ways
- Organized, reliable, and proactive
- Interest in IT, education technology, or nonprofit support
