
Work with community volunteers and advocates for our public lands to tackle honeysuckle removal in one of Cincinnati Parks most beautiful preserves.
Northside Greenspace Inc. is an all-volunteer, nonprofit organization founded to identify, preserve and restore natural areas in Northside and surrounding Cincinnati, Ohio communities.
Volunteer work projects provide hands on learning experiences for community members and result in tangible improvements to our greenspaces. Our advocacy alerts public and private agencies and individuals to what they can and should be doing to conserve and improve greenspaces.
Buttercup Valley Nature Preserve. East end of Stanford Drive in Northside. Turn right (east) off Hamilton about one mile north of Knowltons Corner.
Volunteers should be prepared for the weather (lightweight clothing), wear long pants. Close-toed shoes are required. Recommended: Work gloves (if you own them), sunscreen, face covering and a refillable water bottle.

In efforts to stop the spread, for the safety of our volunteers, staff and community please consider the following guidelines:
- Do not participate If you or someone in your home is symptomatic (e.g., fever, cough, shortness of breath), or if someone you’ve come into close contact with is under investigation or diagnosed with a laboratory-confirmed case of COVID-19.
- Please use face covering and practice social distancing at all times while on the site.
- Please use gloves at all times to handle tools and equipment.
