Cincinnati Parks is hosting a fun new maple sugar program at the Caldwell Nature Center on Saturday March 6th from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Help us continue to provide outdoor nature education programs the public needs during these trying times! 

Volunteers will:

  • Assist staff in disinfecting tables inside the nature center between groups to ensure safety and compliance with current COVID-19 regulations.
  • Greet participants at the welcome table
  • Safely direct traffic in and out of the parking lot.

This event is held entirely outdoors, so please dress accordingly and bring a hot beverage if desired! Masks are required at all times.

Volunteers are encouraged to hike the park after the event and interact with staff to learn more about the marvelous magic of maple sugar!

Inclement Weather Plan: If severe weather is expected this event may be cancelled. Snow on the ground is not necessarily an example of severe weather as the prime maple season is February-March. You will be notified via email if the event is cancelled.
