Marjorie Book seeks volunteers to work alongside teens and adults with physical and/or intellectual disabilities as we participate in this volunteer opportunity. Volunteers will receive guidance to assist people with disabilities with the tasks required, or simply work in pairs or small groups and converse while volunteering.
Location: Salway Park, across the street from Spring Grove Cemetery which is located at 4521 Spring Grove Avenue, meet by the playground
Marjorie Book members will use grabbers to pick up litter on concrete trails and sidewalk nearby the Mill Creek, Cincinnati’s urban stream that provides a sanctuary for fish, birds, turtles and mink.
