Cincinnati Parks continues the commitment to advancing conservation and public education relating to the many benefits of trees. Work along side of Parks staff on a large scale tree planting. Volunteers will be planting, mulching and installing protection around 50 trees. Mt. Storm is in Clifton, about 2 miles from UC. It is a walkable distance from most locations near campus.
There will be a brief ceremony officially celebrating Arbor Day in Cincinnati.
Volunteers should wear long pants, sturdy closed-toes shoes (required), bring gloves, and a refillable water bottle.
