Coy Field Care Day

On Saturday, April 13th at 10:00am, a community and student driven initiative will take place to help beautify Coy Field. Coy Field is used by the athletics at Hughes High School for baseball, softball, track, and football. There is also a lower level to the area that is primarily a community park. It is located about 5-10 minutes away from campus by foot. Volunteers will be needed to help repaint the storage building and units on the field level, as well as some of the equipment on the park level. Volunteers will also be needed to clear the flora that has grown over the fences and stairs at Coy Field. There will be other general field maintenance work available for volunteers as well. Service hours will be awarded for participation in this event. Thank you very much for your consideration in making our community a better place!
