The Upward Bound program here at the University of Cincinnati has served as a game changer for many of our city’s most vulnerable youth - high school students from low income families in which neither parent holds a college degree. The program provides opportunities and support for participants focused on success in pre-college performance and ultimately in their higher education pursuits by providing a community that focuses on academic preparation and achievement as well as social emotional well-being.
We are seeking UC Students that are interested in tutoring area high school students participating in the UC Upward Bound program. Students attend our Saturday Academy from 9-12 p.m. here on campus and have the option to sign up for tutoring from 1-3 p.m.
