Training and Background Check Required. All Bearcat Buddies are required to attend a tutor training once in their academic career. All Bearcat Buddies must also submit a background check once per academic year. Please contact bearcatbuddies@uc.edu if you have questions.

Spring Semester 2019 training was held on Thursday, January 17.

Bearcat Buddies is a WEEKLY commitment. Be sure to register for ALL weekly sessions. Please Contact BearcatBuddies@uc.edu to schedule a make-up training as soon as possible.

To Register:

• Select the weekly tutoring session of your choice.
• Click “Respond to Multiple”
• If you’re not already logged in, you will be asked to log in.
• If it is your first time logging in to volunteer.uc.edu, you’ll establish your account before moving on.
• On the page that loads after you select "Respond to Multiple" select every occurrence of your weekly tutoring session (select all sessions).
• NOTE: BEARCAT BUDDIES IS A WEEKLY COMMITMENT! SELECT ALL WEEKLY SESSIONS TO PROPERLY REGISTER!
• Complete the questions in the “Initiative Questions” section.
• Click “Submit Need Response”

A temporary green bar on the next page indicates that you’ve registered. Note: you will leave campus at start time listed with your session, and you will return to campus at the end time listed with your session.
