UC BEARCATS are needed for volunteer support for the Student Service Leaders Exchange, Tuesday, September 25 at TUC to provide day-of-event support in a variety of ways. These include directing participants to their rooms, confirming that presenters are properly equipped, and supporting elements of lunch set-up. You are welcome to sign up for more than one shift or to stay longer than the two-hour shift, based on your availability. If a shorter shift is needed we may be able to accommodate, please note this when you sign up.
This is the largest workshop of its kind in the nation focused on service initiatives and community engagement with high school teachers and students! And YOU ARE MAKING IT HAPPEN!
- All volunteers will check in at the beginning of their shift at the registration tables outside of the Great Hall on the 4th Floor of TUC where we will conduct a brief training and record your start time. Please arrive a few minutes before your shift starts, if your schedule allows.
- We will validate hours within the volunteer.uc.edu website and will confirm your attendance.
