Do you need CINCINNATUS AND/OR COMMUNITY SERVICE HOURS? If so, WE NEED YOU!
The Southwest Ohio Science and Engineering Expo is taking place on Saturday, March 11th, 2017 from 7am-6pm on UC’s Main Campus. Volunteers for setup and the actual event are needed on Friday, March 10th, 2017 and Saturday, March 11th, 2017.
NOTE: THIS IS THE FRIDAY AND SATURDAY BEFORE UC'S SPRING BREAK WEEK
All volunteers will receive free food and an opportunity to meet some of the best and brightest future Bearcats. Additionally, you will have the chance to earn service hours for this academic year!
All volunteers for this event are required to attend one of two pre-event meetings to discuss responsibilities. It is only necessary that you attend one meeting.
Pre-event meetings will be scheduled for the week of March 6th (exact date and times TBA) Both pre-event meetings will be held in Tangeman University Center (TUC).
Your volunteer hours can be used toward Cincinnatus requirements as either on-campus or off-campus service hours.

All volunteers must register online using ONLY the link above NOT using the shift responses below. You will be asked to supply the following information:
- Your Contact Information
- The volunteer shift(s) you would like to work
- Your t-shirt size
- Any food allergies and/or dietary restrictions
The following volunteer shifts are available:
Friday Shifts (March 10, 2017)
- 1pm-3pm
- 3pm-6pm (Pizza & drinks provided)
- Both shifts 1pm-6pm (Pizza & drinks provided)
Saturday Shifts (March 11, 2017)
- Morning: 7am-1pm – (Breakfast provided)
- Afternoon: 1pm-6pm – (Lunch provided)
- All Day: 7am – 6pm – (Breakfast and Lunch provided)
