Keep Cincinnati Beautiful is organizing a cleanup in Mt. Auburn to finish some projects we started as part of the city of Cincinnati's NEP (Neighborhood Enhancement Program). We'll be working primarily on the Main Street steps cleaning, clearing overgrowth, picking up litter, and painting the railings. Volunteers will also be working alongside employees from GE.
We'll plan to work, weather permitting, as we cannot paint in the rain! We'll be in touch with last minute details for anyone who signs up if we need to make any changes in the plan for the day of the event.
Wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty, dress for the weather, and wear close-toed shoes! We also encourage our volunteers to bring their own (filled) water bottle to stay hydrated. We'll provide the tools and supplies!
