Help build community, and lend the KSO a hand during it's free “Primitive Pop” concert. Volunteers pass out programs, work donation boxes and or the concession stand. (Specific task/duties are assigned at check-in.)
With this year marking America’s 250th Anniversary, the KSO reflects on the beautiful vistas and history of our great nation. Learn the story of “The Star-Spangled Banner,” drift along the mighty Mississippi and Ohio Rivers, attend a rodeo and ride a mule through the Grand Canyon, wave your stars and stripes, and sing along to “My Old Kentucky Home.” Local baritone Alexander Kapp joins the KSO to lead audiences across America “from sea to shining sea.”
