Volunteers will receive detailed information about their shift and role prior to the event date. Volunteers roles will feature the information below.
4:30pm-7pm shift: Assist with getting into the “UC” for first year class photo; guide students to seating sections, form and participate in cheer tunnel as students exit in Nippert tunnel
6:30pm-9pm shift: Assist with student check-in, assist with food distribution, mingle with students, line management, and distribute giveaways
8:30pm-11pm shift: Assist with student check-in, assist with food distribution, mingle with students, line management, and distribute giveaways
