High Achievers Aim High (H.A.A.H.) is seeking a creative and motivated volunteer to help capture the energy and impact of our programs through engaging photo and video content. This role will support both our early childhood education programs and partner youth sports activities.
The volunteer will attend select program days, events, and activities to film and photograph students (with appropriate permissions), then edit and produce short-form social media content (Reels, TikToks, and highlight videos). Content will showcase daily learning, special events, youth development, and community impact.
Responsibilities include:
- Capturing high-quality photos and videos during program hours and events
- Editing short, engaging social media videos
- Assisting with content planning and posting ideas
- Highlighting student success, staff engagement, and partner activities
Ideal candidate:
- Has experience with video editing apps (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
- Is creative, reliable, and comfortable working in youth-centered environments
- Has a passion for storytelling, community impact, and youth development
