Want a meaningful way to give back close to campus?
St. Francis Seraph Ministries welcomes UC students and friends to volunteer in our Dining Room, where you can help serve breakfast or dinner to neighbors experiencing homelessness and poverty in Over-the-Rhine. Just a drive from UC, this is an easy way to make a real impact.
Volunteering with us is about more than serving a meal. It’s about creating a space of hospitality, dignity, and connection for every guest who walks through our doors. Your presence helps ensure our neighbors feel respected, welcomed, and cared for.
Volunteer Shifts (Monday–Friday):
Breakfast: 6:45 – 9:00 AM
Dinner: 3:45 – 6:00 PM
Whether you can volunteer once or make it a regular part of your routine, your time truly matters.
We are located just 1.5 miles from UC at the St. Anthony Center (Liberty & Republic). Free parking is available on Liberty Street and behind St. Francis Seraph School (enter from Vine St., park between the green school fence and Hubert St.).
