Looking for a meaningful way to give back this holiday season?
Come help us serve warm meals – and warm hearts – at St. Francis Seraph Ministries.
Each December, hundreds of our neighbors experiencing homelessness and poverty rely on our Dining Room for a hot breakfast or dinner, a safe place to rest, and a sense of community. We cannot do this without compassionate volunteers who are willing to share kindness during the busiest time of year.
What Volunteers Do
As a Dining Room Volunteer, you will:
- Serve hot meals with dignity and a smile
- Help plate food, pour drinks, and assist at the serving line
- Welcome guests and create a warm, festive atmosphere
- Bus tables and help with light kitchen cleanup
- Be a caring presence to those who may feel most alone during the holidays
No experience needed — just a heart to serve.
December Volunteer Shifts
We have multiple breakfast and dinner shifts available throughout December, including opportunities close to Christmas.
Bring a friend, family member, or co-worker and make it part of your holiday tradition!
Why Your Help Matters
For many of our guests, the Dining Room is the only place they’ll receive a hot meal, friendly conversation, and a moment of peace during the holiday season.
Your service makes the holidays brighter for someone who needs it most.
