Join us the afternoon of November 4 to help clear invasive species at the Cincinnati Nature Center.
We will be meeting Krippendorf Lodge Parking Lot at 4949 Tealtown Road, Milford, OH. The gate staff can give exact directions, and your entry is free!
The plan is to hike (2 miles roundtrip) to a conservation area with plenty of cool things to see, smell, and mention along the way. Then we will clear a variety of invasive plants, like honeysuckle and bittersweet, to allow native forest to flourish. All gardening equipment is provided.
Things to bring:
- Water bottle.
- Pants are recommended!
- Sturdy shoes.
- Work gloves if you have them, but we have many pairs if you do not.
Anyone coming will need to fill out one of the volunteer waivers linked below.
