The YMCA's Achievers program is a dynamic college and career readiness initiative that empowers 7th–12th grade students. We’re looking for motivated college students to serve as volunteer workshop leaders for our Arts & Culture and Finance & Banking clusters. Volunteers will not only lead engaging, hands-on workshops and mentor youth, but also work to engage local artists, bankers, and professionals, bringing real-world knowledge directly to the students.
