Our Urban Forestry Team is looking for a few volunteers still eager to get trees in the ground!! We will be planting thirty trees at Bramble Park in Madisonville, at a recreation site that is adjacent Little Duck Creek Trail.

Be prepared for the weather, wear long pants and layers (long sleeves), close-toed shoes are required. Gloves recommended, there will be a limited supply on site. Suggested: refillable water bottle - there will be water cooler on site for volunteers to fill a bottle. Cincinnati Parks discourages single - use plastics.
Volunteers will use pitchforks to load mulch in to wheelbarrows and heavy rakes to distribute the mulch around the trees. Parks staff and our experienced volunteers will provide orientation and guidance through the process. Loppers and handsaws will be used to cut back plants. Litter sticks and buckets/bags will be used to remove litter.
