Girls on the Run offers afterschool programs for girls in 3rd-8th grade that build confidence, teach healthy habits, and unlock inner strength through running and walking. Coaches do NOT need to be runners, just committed to inspiring young girls and attending practices regularly.

The Girls on the Run Cincinnati spring season is up next and we would love for you to join a team as a coach! Coaches and girls meet 2x/week for 8 weeks, starting March 2, 2026, culminating in the GOTR 5K event (date TBD but will be in early May)! Our research-based curriculum offers an easy-to-follow program and coaches are provided with all the necessary resources and materials to have a successful season. Teams have two to six coaches who lead the girls through their lessons of discussions, fun physical activities, and goal setting.
