We are a transitional housing program serving the inner-city of Cincinnati. The program is based on the needs of the homeless and poor that we’ve witnessed while serving the inner-city of Cincinnati for the last 14 years.
The Welcome Home Collaborative offers the homeless and working poor a transitional housing program to get a second chance in life. We transition distressed or vacant homes for our participants to live in while they engage in our LIFE COACH program. Our life coaches will meet weekly with our program participants to build a relationship, establish both short and long term goals, and utilize community resources as needed to enhance their quality of life.
