GRAD Cincinnati - Taft High School

Mission: Grad Cincinnati raises expectations and achievement for all students by building high impact partnerships within the community to provide a premier college readiness, access and support program. Vision: All students graduate from high school and are prepared to succeed in college and career. Grad Cincinnati, community-based nonprofit 501 C3 organization created in 2001, improves the chances of success for urban youth. Grad Cincinnati provides academic support to help students achieve in the classroom, grow as individuals and citizens of the community, graduate from high school and enter and complete a college education. Senators Mentoring Program is an in-school initiative of GRAD Cincinnati at Taft IT High School. We aim to motivate, inspire and encourage junior high students (7th and 8th grade students) to excel academically, socially and professionally. The program provides various activities on campus and within the community to encourage healthy decision making and positive habits that leads towards success.
