About our Organization

The Corryville Community Development Corporation was founded in 1995.  We were created as a member organization in collaboration with the Corryville Community Council, Short Vine Association, and the University of Cincinnati. Our Board of Trustees continues to be comprised of members of the Corryville Community Council and the University of Cincinnati. Our organization is dedicated to making Corryville a vital community through various initiatives, development, and redevelopment projects.

In our 30 years of operation, we have co-developed 140,000 sqft of research and retail space, completed 53 condos, operated 205 apartment units, and spearheaded the renovation of the Turner Center.

We continue to lead development initiatives such as the revitalization of Mecklenburg Gardens, and have completed a number of placemaking projects enhancing the public realm.
