About our Organization
Its membership is composed of nurse scholars who are selected based on academic excellence (undergraduate and graduate) or leadership in nursing practice, education, publication, research, or administration.
The chapter is active in:
Promoting and supporting scholarly programs and research, Offering research grants, Recognizing nursing excellence and leadership, Collaborating with other chapters and nursing organizations in the region, Supporting dissemination of nursing knowledge via presentations and publications, community service

How our organization engages UC students
The Beta Iota Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International at the University of Cincinnati actively engages students through various initiatives that promote leadership, scholarship, and community involvement.
