About our Organization
We are a pre-professional group on campus that provides resume-strengthening workshops as well as hands-on healthcare events and health-related volunteer opportunities.
How our organization engages UC students
Our organization primarily engages students through the Digital Rural Health Initiative. Students are trained to become Digital Health Navigators and then use these tools to engage and inform the community at deployment sites across the state. This aims to close the healthcare disparity gap that rural community members face. We also engage UC students to help mutually benefit one another through education and informative meetings. An example of this is our upcoming pre-health Q&A panel where students can come and learn more about their interested health tracks from students who already completed these feats (such as graduate students or 4th year students accepted to graduate programs).
