Timothy Freeman, MD, Center for Developmental Disabilities

We are called the Timothy Freeman, MD, Center for Developmental Disabilities. Our Patient and Family Advisory Council meets 4-6x a year for about 2 hours each time. Ideally, we would have a range of skills and personalities to line up with our patient participants. Volunteers would be asked to engage with the patients and assist them to communicate their authentic voice and opinion on a range of topics provided by our medical director and center leadership

Some highlights from our program that we think are particularly interesting to college students: -Minor time commitment -Opportunity to do fulfilling and innovative work -Free dinner (!) -Opportunities to meet cool and interesting people -A chance to connect to one of the only clinics like this in the world (!!!)
