About our Organization

The purpose of the organization is to help international students from Latin American countries under an F1 visa find a supportive community. This community will offer advice on various issues such as filing taxes, building professional connections, securing internships, and overcoming homesickness.

How our organization engages UC students

We actively engage the University of Cincinnati' s community through collaborative events and initiatives that promote inclusivity, social responsibility, and mutual support. These events bring students together to develop projects that make a meaningful impact, both within and beyond the university.
For example:
  • Community Service Projects: Students come together to create cheerful greeting cards for children in local hospitals, brightening their days and showing them the care and support of the UC community.
  • Charity Fundraisers: We organize events like bake sales, cultural nights, or donation drives to raise funds for charitable organizations that assist vulnerable populations, such as refugees or underprivileged families.
  • Collaborations with Other Student Organizations: Our group partners with other university organizations to share knowledge, resources, and manpower to achieve common goals. This includes volunteering for campus-wide service days or working together on initiatives like food drives or clothing donations.
