Generation NOW

We believe that all young professionals should have the ability to thrive in a diverse and inclusive workforce. Founded in 2015, Generation Now is a community-based nonprofit with a mission to build and leverage a diverse and inclusive workforce for young professionals and youth in greater Cincinnati. This has been made available through professional development, training, job placement, and the creation of leadership and mentorship opportunities through networking.
