CENTER FOR ADDICTION TREATMENT (CAT)

VISION: Recovery for all who seek it.
MISSION: Saving lives and rebuilding families and communities by providing addiction health services.
Serving the Greater Cincinnati community since 1970, Center for Addiction Treatment (CAT) provides high-quality, affordable treatment for those impacted by the disease of addiction to drugs, alcohol and/or gambling. The organization’s expansive continuum of care encompasses a wide range of Inpatient and Outpatient recovery, mental health, and family services. CAT’s individualized care model includes: medically monitored detox, short-term residential treatment, medication-assisted treatment, an intensive outpatient program, outpatient grief services, a gambling treatment program, family education, counseling services, relapse prevention programming, fatherhood-specific services, intersecting substance abuse & mental illness care, and support groups. Today, CAT proudly has thousands of alums who are on their recovery journeys.
How our organization engages UC students
CAT hosts UC nursing interns all year long.
CAT hires UC Counseling interns throughout the year.
CAT has hired UC Marketing interns in prior years.
CAT appreciates volunteers from the University of Cincinnati.
