System Updates Impacting Login Access

Please read below for additional information regarding new login instructions
and temporary site issues.

• If you have a UC account, please click "login" in the top right corner. Click “Volunteers sign in here” and log in using your UC credentials.
• If you are an organization already registered on our portal, please click "login" in the top right corner. Click “Agency login here” and sign in with your username and password. Please note that the password reset function for organizations is currently not working, and we are actively working with our provider to resolve this issue.
• If you are a community partner interested in registering on volunteer.uc.edu, new organization applications are temporarily unavailable. In the meantime, please complete our Organization Application form and our team can create an organization account on your behalf.

Please do not use the options to create an account via Google or Apple, as these features are not supported and will not work on our website.
