H.A.A.H. designs our own apparel, we are looking for someone to help us expand our apparel line.

High Achievers Aim High mission is to totally revolutionize the state of life for the traditionally underrepresented youth in Cincinnati, Ohio, by catering to the needs of the whole child, as well as their caregivers. We Aim High to provide intervention, enrichment, and support in the following areas: academic, social-emotional, physiological, physical, financial, parental, vocational, entrepreneurial, sports, and arts. It is our goal to combat the achievement gap, violence, and poverty that plague the underrepresented youth within the Greater Cincinnati area, and to help them move toward successful post-secondary lives. We achieve this mission at our Community Learning Center, through our Early Learning, annual Summer, Winter, and Spring Academic Enrichment, Anti-Bullying & Peer Mediation, Remote Learning and Tutoring programs. We also offer a number of other Youth Empowerment Programs, including our entrepreneurial internship program, HUSTLE Academy, Elementary S.T.E.M. and X-S.T.R.E.A.M. Sports, Career & College Prep, and Mentoring. The primary goal at H.A.A.H. is to live our mission statement and continue to be an industry leader. High Achievers Aim High is a non-profit organization seeking assistance with our Summer Academic Enrichment Program. We are looking for After-School Leads and Tutors.

Our After School Academic Enrichment and Tutoring Program begins when the neighborhood schools start and lasts throughout the academic school year. This year we are set to open August 18. The program runs daily, Monday-Friday, 2:30-6:30pm. The programs then continue throughout school’s winter, spring, and summer breaks, opening daily from 8:00a-4:00pm, offering after care services until 6:00pm for families who need it. Our Summer Academic Enrichment Program is open every summer, for the past 5 years, for 10 weeks, while it is open for 2 weeks during winter break, and one week for spring break.

Tutors are expected to work closely with individual and small groups of students to improve their academic success, allowing students the opportunity to practice, review assignments and assessments to determine areas of need and/or strength, and helping the students review and preview schoolwork as necessary.  Tutors are expected to have a love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day. 

We have a bunch of new equipment that needs to be cleaned and sanitized as soon as possible.

We have a few things that need to be built and assembled. If you can spare some time and put together some of these items, we would love to have you.

We are looking for students to promote our programs to the neighborhood schools, stores etc. We are looking for staff, students, supplies, donations etc.

We have laptops that need to be updated, cleaned and organized as soon as possible. They also need children appropriate apps and programs downloaded.

Having moved into a brand new facility, there is plenty of room and need for building development and decor. We are seeking students who are interested in creating wall and window art throughout our facility, painting murals and creating professional signage. There is also an opportunity for outdoor mural painting in the front of our building. This is a great field experience and resume opportunity for students majoring in art.

We are looking for students to help us organize a few rooms/closets. Duties include but are not limited to; unpacking, organizing, decorating and help build items in our new facility.
