Position Summary

Joinher Healing Haven is seeking enthusiastic student volunteers to support community outreach, relationship-building, events, and program promotion. Volunteers will help connect the organization with schools, community organizations, families, women, youth programs, and local partners.

Position Summary:
The Volunteer Content Creator will support Joinher Healing Haven by developing creative, engaging, and mission-centered content that promotes programs, events, community initiatives, and organizational impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Create graphics, flyers, announcements, and promotional materials using Canva or similar tools.Write engaging captions, social media copy, inspirational messages, and promotional content.Showcase program activities, participant accomplishments, community events, and organizational milestones.Assist with photography and short-form video content while following all consent and privacy requirements.Develop creative campaigns for awareness months, holidays, special events, and organizational initiatives.Ensure all content reflects Joinher Healing Haven’s mission, values, and commitment to empowerment and community impact.

Volunteer Social Media Coordinator — Position Summary

Joinher Healing Haven is seeking a creative, dependable, and mission-driven Volunteer Social Media Coordinator to help increase awareness of our programs, services, events, and community impact. The coordinator will create and schedule engaging social media content, develop graphics and promotional materials, monitor engagement, promote organizational initiatives, and help strengthen our online presence.

The ideal volunteer is comfortable with social media, has strong communication skills, is organized and creative, and is passionate about empowering girls, women, families, and communities. Experience with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Canva, digital marketing, photography, or graphic design is helpful but not required.

This volunteer position requires approximately 3–5 hours per week and provides valuable experience in nonprofit communications, digital marketing, content creation, community engagement, branding, and storytelling.

Most importantly, the Social Media Coordinator will help amplify voices, inspire confidence, connect people to resources, and share the meaningful impact of Joinher Healing Haven throughout the community.
