Taking on this task for them gives them more time to keep the kennels clean and socialize with the animals. If all dishes are cleaned, there's is always a need for laundry to be done as well. This may be on the dirtier side but we can offer gloves to volunteers. This again greatly frees up the time of the animal care staff.
