The Service Coordinator has administrative tasks that need completed such as updating our Resource Guide, organizing storage closets, updating bulletin board, etc..
The Resource Guide is a set of 3 ring binders that contains useful information for our residents such as but not limited to:
- nearby food pantry location, hours, services provided
- transportation
- senior centers
- home health providers
- so much more!
All information needs to be verified, added, formatted, typed, indexed and placed in binders.
The facility has several closets, rooms, etc. that have become catch all's for too long and need organizing or decluttered.
Our Bulletin Board is located in the lobby and front entrance. Each month we change the border to reflect the season or holiday. Also informational flyers are posted and updated/removed regularly.
