Attend a FREE virtual screening of Intelligent Lives, a documentary about three young adults with disabilities navigating employment opportunities and transitioning into adulthood. The film also gives an eye-opening account of how people with disabilities have been marginalized throughout history and how including people with disabilities and valuing their differences has evolved over time. A 30-40 minute panel discussion will follow the screening to explore the issues presented in the film. We would like UC students to comprise the majority of the audience with the goal of inspiring our future leaders to continue to advocate for people who are marginalized.
