We currently have a great need for elementary math and English tutors and I wanted to reach out to your campus for interested in students.
We will host our first Volunteer Tutor Training this month on Wednesday, Oct. 17th from 12:15-1PM. Becoming a tutor requires volunteers to do a lot independently (obtain a background check, submit a photo for a CPS Volunteer badge, etc.), but this training serves as a one-stop-shop for interested volunteers. The training is facilitated by the Literacy Network of Greater Cincinnati, a trusted partner.
Volunteer commitment ranges from 1-2 hours within the 10AM-4PM time frame.
